Sending your artwork
You can send your design files to us in various ways. The easiest and fastest way is to upload your files via our site, but you can also use email, iDisk or FTP. Before you send your files, please make sure you've read the following:- Always complete an online order form BEFORE sending files (go to Order on the side menu)
- Always name the folder containing your files with either your order number or name as shown on your order form when uploading via our site, using FTP or IDISK.
- Please make sure that all files containing links or fonts have been Stuffed or Zipped before uploading (i.e. fonts & links for Quark/InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Call us after uploading your files to see if we have received them

UPLOAD FILESIf you use a Mac or Apple computer that runs Mac OSX v10.1 or higher it is very straightforward to make contact with the iDisk Public Folder.

FTP FILESUse the following settings to upload to our FTP site:FTP-Site Host: 84.246.45.144 Username: upload Password: 2005 Disable the 'Use passive FTP (PASV)' in the FTP section in the 'Preferences' of your FTP Client Programme. |
